Must Do's
We believe that it is a privilege to travel with your pet. Pet travel is now more widely accepted by many hotel chains while others choose not to include our four-legged companions. While we welcome pets into our home that meet these standards, we reserve the right to refuse some pets. Here are some must do's according to Josie:
Must provide references of good behavior |
Must be a non-shedding breed |
Must be 25lbs or less (max of 2 dogs) |
Must be well behaved and not aggressive towards other animals and persons |
Must present current vaccination |
Must be freshly groomed and bathed |
Must be treated for fleas and ticks before check-in |
Must be respectful of furniture |
Must be house broken (no pads, diapers, or the like) |
Must be walked off property. Your pety should never be allowed to mark or potty in areas such as inside the cottage, the yard, or gardens |
Always clean up after your dog (always bring poo poo bags). Most local merchants and residents love pets but will frown disgustingly if waste is not immediately removed |
